The following Terms and Conditions apply to all plants purchased from Marlow Orchids.
Minimum Order Minimum mail order is $20 plus shipping cost.
Shipping Method
All orders shipped by US Postal Service using 2-3 day Priority Class or by Express Overnight in most areas.
Packaging charge for first plant is $3 and $2 for each additional plant on orders less than $100. During cold winter months (Nov- April) base shipping charge will increase by $2 due to extra packaging materials and heat packs. Plants in plastic pots will be shipped in pot unless pot size or weight becomes a problem. In some case plants may be shipped bare-root. Larger or heavier plants or plants in bloom may require extra charges due to oversize boxes and extra plant material. Please call for estimates on larger plants.
Shipments made on Monday or Tuesday of each week. Plants are usually sent within 10 days of order receipt. We reserve the right to delay shipping during inclement weather or for certain other conditions beyond our control. Please call if an order absolutely must arrive by a certain date.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction of plant material upon arrival is always guaranteed, but future productivity is subject to proper care and conditions. Please call us if you are having problems growing our plants so that we may suggest cultural remedies. Please notify us of plant problems within 10 days of receipt and we will make appropriate adjustments. Occasionally plants in flower may show slight damage from being boxed. We sell live plants and do not guarantee that every flower will open or that each bud will develop.
Warranty
All prices subject to change without notification. All offerings are subject to prior sale. To the best of our knowledge plants are correctly named but occasionally misidentifications may occur. We make no warranties to the plants' productiveness and our liability is reserved only to the original purchase price of the plant material.
* Starting April 1, 2011 we will no longer charge a packing charge for orders greater than $100. Shipping charge still applies and is charged at price set by US Postal for packages sized appropriate to plant size.
